Ahora que han sacado el bote con mas perlas, me pido ese porque tomo dos pastilla diarias. Me parece fundamental ya que no tomamos todo él omega 3 que deberíamos. Si no tienes alergia al pescado este es tu suplemento. Además tiene el sello IFOS, si lleva eso puedes estar tranquila que es bueno.
