It is the best I found in the market considering the discounts they make periodically. I use it for breakfast, 5 egg whites, a splash of milk and two scoops of oatmeal. Top breakfast! And satiating! Buenas, llevo ya comprados más de 30kg (sí, 33kg para ser exactos) de esta avena en polvo sabor chocolate y alguna chocolate - cacahuete. Es la mejor que encontré en el mercado teniendo en cuenta además los descuentos que hacen periódicamente.
Yo la uso para desayunar, 5 claras de huevo, chorro de leche y dos cazos de avena. Desayuno top! Y que sacia!! Muy recomendable enserio, paquete de 3kg son los más ideales para no hacer pedidos cada poco tiempo de hecho yo suelo hacer pedidos de 6kg (2 paquetes) o 9kg (3 paquetes) de cada vez y me duran meses.
