The white chocolate and lemon flavor is one of the best I've tried. It is fine enough to make sponge cakes that are fluffy without mixing them with other flour. The flavor is brutal. I've tried the typical flavors, but the white chocolate lemon and apple pie flavors taste exactly what they say they do. I don't order more than 3Kg because there is no choice.
