This oatmeal dissolves easily without lumps. I ordered the chocolate flavor and it is quite tasty. I usually take it with chocolate casein as a snack or at breakfast time to satiate me. The only negative point is the presentation of the package, which makes it difficult to handle and always falls some debris on the surface where you are preparing the shake. Otherwise perfect.
