Useful for baking recipes
Egg powder works well when mixed with other ingredients in baking recipes (cakes, pancakes), but not so well when consumed alone. I have tried reconstituting it with different proportions of water, and have not been able to get it to set properly for a French omelet. The flavor and aroma are not very reminiscent of fresh eggs either. I hope to get the hang of it a little better. Very fast shipping, and very good customer service.
El huevo en polvo funciona bien al mezclarlo con otros ingredientes en recetas de repostería (bizcochos, crepes), pero no tanto al consumirlo solo. He intentado reconstituirlo con distintas proporciones de agua, y no he conseguido que cuaje correctamente para una tortilla francesa. El sabor y aroma tampoco recuerdan demasiado al del huevo fresco. Espero llegar a cogerle el punto algo mejor.
