Interesting substance, especially if you work hard in the gym.
Personally, I have used it on several occasions and it has never let me down, I have used it having discomfort, using 3 grams a day for several weeks and then reducing the dose by half for months, it has always worked for me, I also start using it if I am aware that I am going to start increasing the volume of work in the gym, I usually use it with MSM among other things.
