The first time I tried it with pure magnesium, I found it undrinkable. Now I mix in lemon juice, pollen, and nutritional yeast. My skin is soft and glowing with fewer wrinkles than you'd expect for my age; I can't live without it.

I used to take pills but the powder is more economical. For the flavor I take it with cold water, it dissolves well and only 0.5grs of flavoring for amino acids. It goes in quite well that way.

Tomaba pastillas pero en polvo sale más económico. Para el sabor yo lo tomo con agua fría, se disuelve bien y sólo 0.5grs de saborizante para aminoácidos. Entra bastante bien así.

Neutral and easy to mix, improves skin and joints noticeably.

I liked HSN's hydrolyzed bovine collagen, almost neutral flavor (a little salty if you take it alone in water, but in coffee or shake it goes unnoticed). It dissolves quickly with no lumps or dregs, even when cold. I've been using it for a few days and I notice that my skin is a little more hydrated after laser recovery and my joints are more comfortable after training. At this discounted price excellent choice.

El colágeno bovino hidrolizado de HSN está bien me ha gustado, sabor casi neutro (un poco salado si lo tomas solo en agua, pero en café o batido pasa desapercibido). Se disuelve rápido sin grumos ni poso, incluso en frío. Llevo unos dias y noto la piel un poco más hidratada recuperacion post láser y las articulaciones más cómodas después de entrenar. A este precio rebajado excelente buena opción.
