Essential
Anti-inflammatory of general use, effective, being constant. When I stop taking it for a while is when I notice that I am missing and I value its effectiveness.

Good alternative
I went from the grainy version to this one. I'll take this one without a doubt. If there's anything to complain about, perhaps it's that they're too big.

An essential in my pack as a runner. It is a lactate tamponator which allows you to sustain an effort for a longer period of time. 100% recommended.

Very easy to swallow
It is very easy to swallow with a glass of water. I prefer this one for when I don't take the shake because it's a pill and I can drink it in a second.

Good
I make my own pre-workouts and I'm doing great at pumping. The pills are large but I have no problem.
