So far so good
I have the fruit punch flavor and the only thing I don't like is the salty taste it gives you at first, then it goes away.

Good recovery.
A good recuperator, although the lemon flavor does not convince me at all. I will try another flavor in my next order.

Good recuperator, nice watermelon flavor and the effect is noticeable soon because before I used to notice the dehydration in hard training days and now that is past.

Good post
Nothing better than finishing a workout and being able to hydrate with such good flavors. I have tried watermelon and I like it. It was a good choice and it also has HC, minerals and protein. At a very good price.
