L-Glutamine powder is a good value for money product. It is a vegan product from vegetable fermentation and is free of major allergens, which gives it all the desired requirements. As for its effectiveness, I use it mainly for intestinal health as L-glutamine is the main substrate of enterocytes and colonocytes and I have noticed good results from the first moment. I recommend it... It would be perfect in glass or organic packaging but I guess it would make the price much more expensive.

I have tried several brands of glutamine, but I choose this one for several reasons. First, because it is glutamine, period. No additives, extra vitamins and cosmetic formulas. Then, the quality-price ratio seems fair to me. And lastly, the different amounts they offer is a nice touch. It makes it easier to adjust it to a supplementation plan. I recommend it!

Primero, porque es glutamina y punto. Sin añadidos, vitaminas extra y formulas cosmicas. Despues, la relación calidad-precio me parece justa. Y por ultimo, las diferentes cantidades que ofrecen es un buen detalle. Asi es mas facil ajustarlo a un plan de suplementación.
