En general es un producto que está bien aunque no me gusta la cantidad elegida de algunas vitaminas, que la veo bastante excesiva, en las hidrosolubles en general en personas sanas y que beban bastante agua no debería dar problema, aunque lo veo un maltrato excesivo al riñón, pero en las liposolubles lo veo hasta peligroso para la gente que tome a diario durante períodos prolongados este suplemento sin supervisión médica y sobre todo tomándolo junto con otros suplementos donde no pocas veces se introducen vitaminas.
