If you are looking for a supplement to help you fall asleep faster and get a better quality sleep, this is the product for you. I used to use only melatonin but I decided to try this one and I am delighted. With the melatonin you get sleepy earlier, with the magnesium you have better quality sleep and with the 5-htp you are in a better mood the next morning. Maybe there are days that you notice it more and others less but it is clear that for me it has been a noticeable improvement. Also for the price it has here it is impossible to find it in a pharmacy.
Si estas buscando un suplemento que te ayude a conseguir dormirte mas rápido y que el sueño sea de mas calidad este es tu producto. Antes usaba solo melatonina pero decidí probar este y estoy encantado. Con la melatonina te entra sueño antes, con el magnesio tienes mejor calidad de sueño y con el 5-htp estas de mejor humor a la mañana siguiente. Quizás haya día que lo notes más y otros menos pero esta claro que para mi ha supuesto una mejora notable. Además por el precio que tiene aquí es imposible que lo encuentres en una farmacia.
