Liquid egg whites

Essential

They are an absolute must in my pantry. They have a long shelf life. Once opened, they keep well in the fridge. The only downside is that they are somewhat expensive

Liquid egg whites

Good

It was sent to me as a gift in an order and the truth is that it was great for making pancakes, muffins and, of course, omelets.

Liquid egg whites

Different

I tried these egg whites for convenience, but I am not used to this texture. The short shelf life should also be taken into account.
