An extra boost to strengthen eyesight, immunity and improve the skin. It is assumed that with a healthy diet the vitamin A needs are covered, but a reinforcement from the age of 50 onwards... with eyesight already "very tired" it never hurts. As it accumulates in tissues, I take it every other day. Small tablets and very convenient dosage.
