Meets expectations

In my case I use it when I have workouts with a lot of muscular and/or cardiovascular wear, especially when I double sessions. The effect it has on the body is quite noticeable, providing extra energy. To put a downside, the lemon flavor is similar to some medicine I have taken, but it is still quite pleasant.

I tried it with a sample sachet that was given to me with my order, so to rate the effectiveness would be unrealistic. But talking about the taste may be helpful to people. My sachet was apple flavored and I personally quite liked the apple flavor. Very similar to typical apple juices, but it does leave you with a pretty sweet aftertaste. But taste-wise, fine.

Good product lemon flavor

I use it during my workouts and it helps me maintain endurance. I have only tried the lemon flavor and I love it, it is not too sweet and does not make lumps but it does foam a little when mixing (let it sit for a few minutes and it disappears).
