"ufff.. no me veo moviendo mancuernas hoy..". Me tomo las pastillas y en el gym estoy hecho una moto. La verdad es que se sienten los efectos. Con respecto a la quema de grasas, etc.. la verdad es que aun es pronto para poder evaluarlo, ya que para colmo estos últimos días no estoy comiendo de la mejor manera posible como para poder dar una critica objetiva.
Eso si.. respeten el tema de tomarlas al menos 6 horas antes de dormir.. que ya me pasó de quedarme dando vueltas en la cama..
