Well, my first day with this fat burner, it was recommended to me by HSN nutritionists, and the truth is that I have not been able to be well... I had my protein chocolate and banana shake for breakfast and I added MACHÁ TEA and milk, and then I swallowed this capsule... At the gym after 2 hours my body was itching and at the end of the workout I didn't feel well. Excess of nervousness very rare... I've been taking caffeine capsules of 200mg, and fine... But this one has twice as much, 400mg, and more things... It has even scared me... Now I'll see what I can do with the little bottle... The reaction lasts about 8 hours. And on top of that, it says that it is 2 capsules a day... I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!

Desayuné mi batido de chocolate proteico y plátano y añadí TÉ MACHÁ y leche, y después me tragué esta capsula... En el gym a las 2 horas me picaba el cuerpo y al terminar el entrenamiento no me encontraba bien. Exceso de nerviosismo muy raro... Estuve tomando cápsulas de cafeína de 200mg, y bien... Pero esta lleva el doble, 400mg, y más cosas... Me ha dado hasta miedo... Ahora a ver que hago con el botecito... Unas 8 horas dura la reacción. Y encima pone, que son 2 capsulas diarias... ¡¡NO ENTIENDO NADA!!
