Evolytes powder

It is well

It has a good dissolution and the product in general is good, a lot of salt content so it tastes salty but it is normal, so it is important not to exceed the proper dose.

Indispensable

Indispensable for my demanding outings, I take a pill every hour and a half on my long bike rides.

Recovery is noticeable

Good recovery support on heavy cardio days or when you go over time with the weights, I recommend it.

Evolytes powder

Well

I used to add a gram of salt to the bottle when I went to train. This came to me as a gift and I use it as an intra-workout, especially on workouts where I sweat more to provide mineral salts.

Evolytes powder

Good value for money!

Good concentration of minerals, I use it as a pre-workout and in the morning when I'm fasting, and I feel an improvement in my mood. Leaves the water a little salty.

Evolytes powder

For intra-workout.

For hard training in summer, I use it together with eaas and cyclodextrin. So far so good.
