Al leer los ingredientes en tercer lugar está la maltodextrina (sin sabor). Me consta que la maltodextrina tiene el IG ma alto que el mismo azúcar o muy alto de todas formas.
No sería mejor poner una advertencia en la pagina de presentación del producto? Además, no influye, si se está haciendo ayuno, entre otras cosas para bajar la producción de insulina, pero tomando agua con electrolitos?
