Very good for training on an empty stomach
Because of my schedule and because I don't like to train on a full stomach, I sometimes train on an empty stomach. The truth is that they are a boost for performance, especially if you are going to sweat.

Recommended
I bought these unflavored salts to use them in my mountain races and the truth is that they have been great. Even in summer time with a lot of heat and humidity I have managed to have good sensations with its use.

Indispensable
It is essential to replenish the electrolytes that we lose through sweat in training and water alone does not provide them. Good taste.
Buen sabor.

Top contribution
I take it in the summer or during indoor workouts with a lot of sweating. It comes unflavored and is a little acidic.
