Evolytes powder

Great for intra/post workout salt replenishment.

I take it in two ways, when the workout is going to be long and intense, I use it halfway through the workout along with EVOCARBS so that the pill is digested while I continue and replenish the salts during the second half of the workout along with the extra push with EVOCARBS and also accompanied by plenty of water. On the other hand, if I don't have time if the workout is not going to be that long but I'm going to sweat a lot more because of the type of exercise, I take it after the end of the workout to replenish the lost salts. In powder format you can mix it with other powders as they have no added flavor, however I prefer the tablet format as it is more convenient and compact to carry around.

Evolytes powder

For training or in summer

Electrolyte replenisher, essential for those summer days where you sweat and high intensity workouts, is part of my supplements that I take every day for years.

A physical well-being

Very useful to rebalance the minerals, or when we sweat a lot in summer we feel the benefits immediately, a calm and relaxation and more mood.

Excellent

Mineral salts without sweeteners, really great for those who do not want to take sweeteners! the taste is not strong in fact it is slightly salty

Evolytes powder

Supply of mineral salts to replenish fluids

After intense exercise it serves to replenish fluids. It would be good if it had more potassium and less sodium.
