Evolytes powder
Economical and effective.
The most economical way to add mineral salts to water bottles with carbohydrates when I go out on a bike ride.

Evolytes powder
Well
This is the first time I use this type of product. It gives a slight, almost imperceptible taste to the water. I use it to mineralize during fasting. The problem is that it contains carbohydrate as a second ingredient (maltodextrin) and it is not clear to me that this does not break the fast. I consulted and was told that it does not.... But... So I consume it when I go out for long hiking routes.

Perfect
I use it during bike rides and swimming with EVOPECTIN to provide electrolytes and a source of slowly assimilated carbohydrates. In summer it is even more indispensable. Very good product

To supplement water
It is enough with a small dispenser for the whole bottle of water. It gives it a certain "salty" taste that is not unpleasant at all. Although sometimes I also add the juice of a lemon to the water and it improves substantially.
