Evolytes powder

Better than the famous isotonic drink

I think it is better than the famous isotonic drink, at least more complete and without sugar. I mix it with amino acids

Evolytes powder

Ideal for long-lasting exercise.

I add it to my post-workout bike shake. I live in Andalusia and when the hot season arrives it is ideal to replenish the loss of salts through sweat.

Evolytes powder

Normal

It tastes quite salty, you have to mix it so that it does not look like you are drinking salt water. It is very soluble. Sometimes after exercising I get cramps in the genus and I feel the muscles loaded, magnesium and potassium lessens it a lot and you're out too.

Evolytes powder

Good

It is good for muscle recovery, I only have one drawback and that is that the taste is very bad.
