Sequential release melatonin, strawberry and cream flavor. In my particular case, it has had no effect. I always wake up many times during the night and I wanted to try this type of melatonin, but it didn't make any difference. They taste good.

They have a similar taste between a strawberry chewing gum and one of those candy pills, but without being acidic. In terms of efficiency, the difference I notice compared to the normal ones, is that if you wake up you fall asleep again soon, as if you had taken it again. That doesn't happen with the regular ones (at least in my case). When you wake up you don't feel drowsy, it's great.
Tienen un sabor similar entre un chicle de fresa y una de esas pastillas de chuchería, pero sin ser ácido.
En cuanto a eficiencia, la diferencia que noto en comparación a las normales, es que si te despiertas te vuelves a quedar dormido al poco, como si te la hubieras tomado otra vez. Eso no ocurre con las (por lo menos en mi caso).
Al despertar no deja sensación de somnolencia, es genial.
