One of the best melatonins I have tried
I have tried many melatonins, up to 20mg produce a quick sleep, but I always end up waking up at 3 or 4h, possibly because it lowers the concentration have not been extended release. Good if you take more than one dose
In my case one dose does nothing for me, so I take it in the following way, one dose I dissolve in water, it takes an hour and stirring from time to time, the other dose I split it in half and swallow it without chewing, so I get the effects I want, sleep faster and longer, if anyone wants to try and see how it goes.
En mi caso una dosis no me hace nada, así que la tomo de la siguiente forma, una dosis la disuelvo en agua tarda una hora y removiendo de vez en cuando, la otra dosis la parto por la mitad y las trago sin mascar, así consigo los efectos que quiero, dormir más rápido y más tiempo, por si alguien quiere probar y a ver como le va.
