I usually use melatonin, my problem is that at about 5 hours of sleep I usually wake up, and that's when it's hard for me to fall asleep again. I have tried several brands of immediate and sequential release without optimal results. I have been using this product for seven days and have had a good night's sleep. If I wake up I go back to sleep without a problem. Highly recommend.

I had doubts about the sweetener, but now I know that I can take it without any problem, it is not like sugar (cavities, glycemic index).
