A great help
This product was recommended to me because I was having trouble falling asleep. I was not very convinced but I was surprised. I take it about 1 hour before going to sleep and I notice how it works. The best thing is that when I wake up I wake up more rested. If you have insomnia problems do not think about it, at least give it a try. It is also pleasant strawberry flavor as if sstuviera eating a candy.
Me recomendaron este producto porque me costaba conciliar el sueño. No iba muy convencido pero me ha sorprendido. Lo tomo alrededor de 1 hora antes de dormir y noto como hace efecto. Lo mejor es que cuando me levanto lo hago más descansado.
Si tienes problemas de insomnio no lo pienses, al menos dale una oportunidad.
Ademas es agradable el sabor a fresa como si sstuviera comiendo un caramelo.
