Hello, here is my opinion about this product. As you may know, most of the population is deficient in vitamin D3, especially during the winter-autumn and even in the rest of the year, basically because we usually work in closed environments. I have been supplementing with D3 for a few years now, at first after some tests where my doctor ordered me to start using it. I used to buy it at the pharmacy, and even though the dose was high (10000 IUI) it didn't last long. As it is a product that I am going to keep using during most of the year, I opted for this format which is very simple: take 1 pearl every 2 weeks and that's it. It couldn't be easier. I appreciate very much that you bring out products of this style. However, I recommend an annual visit to the doctor to check the levels of this vitamin.
Hola, os dejo mi opinión sobre este producto. Como deben saber, la mayoría de la población es deficitaria en la vitamina D3, sobre todo durante el invierno-otoño e incluso en el resto del año debido básicamente a que solemos trabajar en entornos cerrados. Llevo suplementando con D3 desde hace unos años, al principio tras unas analíticas donde mi médico me mandó comenzar a usarlo. La compraba en Farmacia, y pese a que la dosis era elevada (de 10000UI) me duraba muy poco. Pues tal como es un producto que voy a mantener usando durante gran parte del año, opté por este formato que es muy simple: tómate 1 perla cada 2 semanas y listo. Más fácil imposible. Valoro mucho que saquéis productos de este estilo. Eso si, yo recomiendo visita anual al médico para comprobar los niveles de esta vitamina.
