I ordered two cans and one is great. The other, however, is a lump the first time I open the (sealed!) can. I have to cut out each portion with a knife and crumble into the water bottle. Taste great, also works quite well. Maybe I just had bad luck with the one can.

I take it in the morning and I have enough energy to work in front of the computer and do sports without the insomnia and tachycardia that usually go hand in hand with caffeine. The last flavor I have tried is lemon, and although the end has become hard, if you break it, it dissolves without any problem.
