Neutral flavor, fabulous texture, and excellent macronutrients. Very good vegetable source of protein (combine with grains or protein from oily fruits like peanuts etc), texture very similar to ground or textured soy. I use it to make a vegetable sauce or ragout, and it has a fabulous texture, I would buy it again a thousand times, in fact I stocked up when it was on offer :)

Buonissima fonte vegetale di proteina (da associare a cereali o proteine di frutta oleosa come arachidi etc), consistenza molto simile al macinato o alla soia testurizzata.
