I love this product. I usually combine the normal rice cream and the protein cream, depending on the daily training schedule. Specifically this one with protein. I use it on days when I need less carb loading and it helps me make a more balanced intake. The neutral flavor is the one I like the most, sometimes I add cinnamon, I have also tried other flavors although they are sweeter.
