My intention was to buy ashwaganda and l-theanine separately to study for the competitive exams. I found this one combined with magnesium which I also bought separately thinking it would be an excellent combination. I didn't notice that it is for nighttime use and relaxing, I will have to buy them separately to be able to take the theanine in the morning and ashwaganda at night.
