I decided to start with one capsule instead of 2, and thank goodness. Because it had a great effect on me. I slept all night and when I woke up I fell asleep again immediately. Decidí empezar con una cápsula en vez de 2,y menos mal. Porque me hizo muchísimo efecto. Dormí toda la noche y en los despertares me volvía a dormir enseguida. Lo único que a la mañana siguiente hasta 3 horas después de haberme despertado, tenía la cabeza cómo pesada y no daba pie con bola. Decidí tomarme media cápsula la siguiente noche y bastante mejor, tendré que ir haciendo adaptación.
