I switched to this one after trying HSN's Ashwagandha 12:1, which worked very well for my anxiety, and when I switched to this one I didn't notice any effect. Then I looked at the label and saw that this one had a lower ratio (40:1). In my case, I prefer to take the ashwagandha (12:1) and magnesium separately, as this dose does not work for me.

Me pasé a esta tras probar la Ashwagandha 12:1 de HSN, que me funcionó muy bien para la ansiedad, y al pasarme a esta no noté ningún efecto. Después me fijé en la etiqueta y vi que esta llevaba menos proporción (40:1). En mi caso, prefiero tomar la ashwagandha (12:1) y el magnesio por separado, ya que esta dosis no me funciona.
