After much recipe testing and feedback from vegan and non-vegan testers, we have decided to launch the options that score the highest in terms of taste, texture, and macros, and all of them are plant-based options.
Of course, we have tested many recipes that were not suitable for vegan diets, but the dehydration of animal ingredients such as chicken meant that the overall texture of the dish was not as good. In addition, these were not suitable for vegan diets. However, when we use only plant-based foods, which are mainly legumes, sprouts, vegetables, spices,... The taste, the texture... Everything is perfect, and the nutritional intake is balanced, so we have settled on these options as the best possible choices.

It is characterised by its strong turmeric and ginger flavour, but you will also find flavours of spices such as cumin, coriander, and a mixture of peppers (black, cayenne, and Jamaican) in its preparation.

This Nutry Bowl has been prepared with a delicious Chickpeas in Curry Sauce recipe with an intense spicy taste.

Lentils are a very familiar food in Spanish homes, and in general, in all Mediterranean countries. They have been a classic winter ingredient that has been reinvented for regular consumption in summer, but eaten cold with salads, due to their good nutritional composition. They have a high protein content, high in natural fibre, and a good supply of vitamins and minerals, including iron.
In our Nutry Bowl, we have selected the delicious black lentil variant, in combination with a light, natural tomato sauce infused with delicious spices including basil.

The way to prepare Nutry Bowls is very simple, as you just need to heat water and add it to the container itself. You can empty the contents of the bowls and boil them if you like, but one of the virtues of Nutry Bowls is that they don't make a mess. You don't have to worry about the container as it is completely suitable for boiling water, it will not melt or release any harmful material. It is completely valid to add water directly into the container.
The steps are as follows:
- Open the lid of the Nutry Bowl halfway because you will have to close it afterward.
- Add boiling water, which you can heat in a pot, in a kettle, or simply in the microwave.
- Fill the container with water up to the mark you can see on the inside of the container.
- Close the lid again so that the steam from the boiling water doesn't escape from the container, and an internal environment is formed where the steam rehydrates and cooks the Nutry Bowl.
- Wait 3 minutes and the bowl is ready to eat. You don't need to throw away excess water as there is no liquid left over from the preparation.

In the table, you will find the value per 100g of rehydrated food, and at the same time, you can see that one Nutry Bowl contains 60g of dehydrated food. So how can it be that a 60g portion provides more calories than, for example, 100g? Because the value per 100g rehydrated is lower than the value of 60g dehydrated. By rehydrating the dish, one Nutry Bowl goes from providing 60g of food to 210g, i.e:
A dehydrated nutry bowl contains 60g of dehydrated food, but by rehydrating it, you are actually consuming a very generous 210g serving, which is x2.1 the 100g amount indicated in the table, hence its nutritional values are x2.1 the nutritional values in the table in 100g.
However, we recommend combining Nutry Bowl with something else, because although it is a good source of protein (providing around 15g per serving), and has an acceptable calorie intake (around 200kcal), the truth is that for athletes or people who have specific nutritional requirements, it can be scarce. That's why Nutry Bowl is an excellent pre-workout meal that you can combine with a post-workout protein powder shake, thus making a nutritionally complete peri-workout.
Outside of training use, Nutry Bowl can be part of a complete meal. For example, if you accompany it with a salad dressed with vegetables, nuts, dried grapes, tuna, or sautéed tofu cubes, as well as a serving of dairy products such as yoghurt or a piece of fruit for dessert, it will be a healthy and balanced meal.

How does Nutry Bowl dehydrate and how healthy is it to eat every day?
Nutry Bowl is prepared naturally, with no additives. You might think that a food that is so easy to prepare and so simple to store has to be full of ingredients compared to a home-cooked meal, but this is not the case.
The dehydration process is simple, and dehydration is a well-known procedure for optimising food preservation. Therefore, Nutry Bowls do not contain preservatives, they only need to be kept at a temperature of around 80ºC or higher for several hours until they lose enough water, i.e. they are dehydrated, ready to be prepared by rehydrating them, nothing more.
You can eat Nutry Bowls every day because they are healthy and nutritionally balanced recipes. As with all the other ready meals in our range, Nutry Bowls are completely suitable for daily consumption, as part of a meal, or as a complete meal.
