Good supplement to improve metabolism
I didn't take CLA to lose weight, but rather to try to help my slow metabolism and perhaps have a little more energy. It doesn't work miracles, but I believe that along with other factors, it will have made a positive contribution. It's usually an expensive supplement and I opted for HSN's for its excellent quality/price.
