I have taken other collagens of other brands lemon flavor and I must say that this is the one that I like the most, the flavor is very good and the best of all is the ease of dilution, there are no lumps. When I finish the package I will try other flavors with the orange one. He tomado otros colágenos de otras marcas sabor limón y he de decir que este hasta la fecha de hoy es el que más me ha gustado, el sabor está muy bien me gusta y lo mejor de todo es la facilidad en diluirse no queda grumos.
Cuando acabe el paquete me animaré con otros sabores con el de naranja.
Con respecto a la efectividad lo llevo probando durante 6 días, al montar en bici las rodillas ya no me molestan tanto como antes, aunque es pronto para saber.
