Impressive chocolate flavor
I use casein as a custard or chocolate dessert. I do not recommend it for liquid shakes. The texture is denser than whey and the chocolate flavor is spectacular. I'm looking forward to trying new casein flavors, although it would be nice to create single doses to be able to try flavors without having to buy a 500g bag, in case you don't like a flavor too much.
Utilizo la caseína para tomarla a modo natillas o postre chocolateado. No la recomiendo para batidos líquidos. La textura es más densa que la whey y el sabor chocolate está espectacular. Deseando probar nuevo sabores de caseína aunque estaría bien crear monodosis para poder probar sabores sin tener que comprar el saco de 500gr, por si algún sabor no te agrada demasiado

I've tried the CHOCO BLANCO-PB flavor and it's really very good (nothing artificial like other brands), I've mixed it with water or with fresh cheese shake, cold and hot and very good in any way; and if you also accompany it with rice flour to make a cream before going to bed, your stomach goes to bed happy! Very good dissolution and normal digestion.
He probado es sabor CHOCO BLANCO- PB y realmente esta muy bueno (nada artificial como los de otras marcas), lo he mezclado tanto con agua como con queso fresco batido, frio y caliente y muy bueno de cualquiera de las maneras; y si además lo acompañas con las harinas de arroz para hacer una crema antes de irte a dormir, tu estomago se va feliz a la cama!

It tastes good (I ordered the crema catalana) and it is thick like a custard, it depends on the water you add but you can get a consistency like a custard. The bad thing is that it's a little more grainy than I would like it to be.
De sabor esta buena (pedí la de crema catalana) y se queda espesa como unas natillas, depende del agua que la eches pero puedes conseguir una consistencia como unas natillas. Lo malo es que se queda un poco mas granulado de lo que me gustaría que se notase.
