Meets my expectations
The truth is that I have never been one to take dietary supplements, but a friend told me about this product and I just tried it. I bought the chocolate flavor and I love it to take in moments of craving for something sweet! I usually take it with oat or almond milk, and sometimes I even mix it with an espresso coffee to have a mocha, but in a healthy version. I can't say anything about the effects on muscle mass yet, but otherwise I highly recommend it! I edited the chocolate flavored casein and I'm really happy with it. I had high expectations and they have exceeded them by far. It takes away my cravings for sweets and the little bit of hunger I have when I sleep. It can be taken as a mousse or as a protein shake. I take it as a mousse, I use 30g of casein and 60ml of oat milk. Then I mix it, and if necessary, I add a little more milk and stir again. My roommate, who has never been one to take supplements, has loved it, even more than me for sure. I have only been taking it for a week and, as I said, I only take it with oat milk, but it can be mixed with yogurt, creatine, water, among other things. I highly recommend its use because, apart from being a delight, it is tremendously beneficial and a great help for our progress in terms of gaining muscle mass.
La verdad es que yo nunca he sido de tomar suplementos alimenticios, pero una amiga me habló de este producto y lo acabo de probar. Compré el sabor chocolate y me encanta para tomar en momentos de antojo por algo dulce! suelo tomarlo con leche de avena o almendras, y a veces incluso lo mezclo con un café expresso para tener un moka, pero en verión saludable. Sobre los efectos sobre la masa muscular no podría opinar aún, pero lo demás muy recomendable!
edí la caseína sabor chocolate y de verdad que estoy encantando. Tenia las expectativas altas y las han superado muchísimo. Me quita el antojo de dulce y la pizca de hambre que tenga al dormir. Se puede tomar con textura tipo mousse o como un batido de proteínas. Yo la tomo tipo mousse, utilizo 30gr de caseína y 60ml de leche de avena. Luego la mezclo, y si es necesario, añado un poco nada más de leche y vuelvo a remover. A mi compañera de piso, que nunca ha sido de tomar suplementos, le ha encantado, incluso mas que mi seguramente. Solo he estado tomándola una semana y, como he dicho, la tomo únicamente junto con leche de avena, pero se puede mezclar con yogur, creatina, agua, entre otras cosas. Recomiendo mucho su uso porque, aparte de ser una delicia, es tremendamente beneficiosa y una gran ayuda para nuestro progreso en cuanto a la ganancia de masa muscula

Smooth and delicious flavor
I have tried evocasein choco white peanut and also the chocolate one. Both flavors have pleased me a lot because they are mild flavors, neither excess sweetener nor excess sweetness. I add it to my soy yogurt with a bit of Hsn's super creamy almond butter and it is delicious and also satiates me and takes away my sweet cravings. I recommend them if you like subtle and smooth flavors. Nothing overdone. They feel good.
He probado evocasein choco blanco cacahuete y también la de chocolate. Ambos sabores me han gustado mucho porque son sabores suaves , ni exceso de edulcorante ni exceso de dulce. Me lo añado a mi yogurt de soja con un poco de mantequilla de almendra súper creamy de Hsn también y está de vicio y además, me sacia y me quita antojo de dulce. Los recomiendo si te gustan sabores sutiles y suaves . Nada recargados . Sientan bien .

The texture is very viscous, I caught the vanilla flavor but it tastes anything but that, besides having a very chemical and unpleasant smell I will not repeat.
