Quite good for casein

Personally, I don't like casein (in general). I prefer whey protein. But I recognize that casein is good for making ice cream and desserts, as well as for preventing muscle breakdown during the night. I recommend the chocolate, vanilla and meringue milk. They are very good.

Personalmente, a mí la caseína (en general) no me gusta. Prefiero la proteína de suero (whey). Pero reconozco que la caseína viene bien para hacer helados y postres, además de para prevenir la degradación del músculo durante la noche. Recomiendo la de chocolate, vainilla y leche merengada.
