I chose the chocolate and hazelnut flavor so I wouldn't take any chances with the taste, but I still don't like it and I have a hard time drinking the shakes. Also, it must be that the casein does not dissolve completely and it has a lumpy texture that makes it even more difficult to drink.

It happened to me that I was on a training regimen and doing intermittent fasting and I bought a whey and half an hour later I was hungry again.
