Pungent taste (as usual with BCAA's...) but in banana/soy milk/cinnamon smoothie it goes well, used during training this 2:1:1 allowed me to pass a milestone without burning out and that was the goal, so it's perfect.

I don't really know if it works because I already take a lot of supplements, so I wouldn't know how to evaluate its effectiveness. The taste is bad but bearable, mix it with plenty of water and never put it directly into your mouth with the meter. I've done it once because I was in a hurry and buff is not advisable. note 35/5.

Good value for money. I take them pre or post workout, depending on the session and activity. I take it along with Kyowa Quality L-Glutamine powder. I started taking 4:1:1, and now I'm also using 2:1:1 ratio and it's great. Perhaps what I like least about the product is the smell / taste, but nothing "repunante", well, I take them perfectly, they help me and fulfill their function.
