Very good
I add it to sports drinks to provide electrolytes lost through sweating.

At the top
Very effective to recharge our minerals lost during training, I take this food supplement when I know in advance that I will do an intense session where I will sweat a lot.

Important
Almost essential to include in the intra-workout for summer workouts where you sweat more.

Good complement
The Evolytes powder is for me a good addition to the maltodextrin and fructose powder. So I just mix directly a combination of everything I need for training on the bike.

Evolytes powder
Effective
I started taking these electrolyte powders with some doubts about their effectiveness, but I was pleasantly surprised. I use them especially in spinning classes because of the muscular overexertion involved, and I have noticed and continue to notice that now the night cramps that I had in my calves after some super intense spinning classes have disappeared. I attribute this in large part to taking electrolytes while doing the activity. The only bad thing is the salty taste it leaves in the water, but after several tests I have solved it with the cola flavoring and now I am very satisfied with the product.
