Evolytes powder

Very effective

I purchased them to mitigate the night cramps I had due to the adaptation to the keto diet. It has proven to be very effective, as they have disappeared taking a liter of preparation a day, considering that I do a lot of aerobic exercise, this dose seems to me right to compensate for sweat losses.

Acceptable

It's good, although lately I like pink salt more for intra-workout.
