Neutral flavor, fabulous texture, and excellent macronutrients. Very good vegetable source of protein (combine with grains or protein from oily fruits like peanuts etc), texture very similar to ground or textured soy. I use it to make a vegetable sauce or ragout, and it has a fabulous texture, I would buy it again a thousand times, in fact I stocked up when it was on offer :)

I had never tried it before, as I always used textured soybeans. Its flavor is similar but much thinner to consume. I soak it in boiling water for about 15 minutes and it is ready to eat. It is also very good value for money. Another product to include in my daily diet.
No la había probado nunca, pues siempre utilizaba la soja texturizada. Su sabor es similar pero mucha más fina para consumir. La pongo en remojo con agua hirviendo unos 15 minutos y lista para consumir. Sale además muy bien de precio. Otro producto para incluir en mi dieta diaria.
