I have been taking this Vitaminalia complex for some time now and the results have been very good. It has helped me to keep my energy levels stable throughout the day and I notice a better recovery after exercise. The combination of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium is ideal.

The tablets are very large and the coating made me nauseous. I decided to switch to another product, as the tests continued to indicate low vitamin D3.
