Tablets are difficult to swallow
I did not like this tablet format because it is hard to swallow. Apart from this detail, I am in that phase of the definition in which you have to pull with less weight because the joints hurt and it has not helped me much to reduce the discomfort. I prefer the powder format for this type of supplement.

I don't see any of the best ones out there in terms of quality price and effectiveness, I recommend adding half a gram of glucosamine to the dose of hsn and taking them almost immediately after working out with food. If I take them every day without training I honestly don't feel any effect.
In circolazione non ne vedo dei migliori come qualità prezzo ed efficacia, vi consiglio di aggiungere mezzo grammo di glucosammina alla dose di hsn e di prenderle quasi subito dopo aver fatto allenamento con del cibo. Se le prendo tutti i giorni senza allenamento sinceramente non sento nessun effetto.
