Good for joints
It is used by my wife, who suffers from osteoarthrosis. Although the effect is not spectacular, she does say that she has noticed an improvement in her pain when she takes it for a long period of time. It is not a supplement to be taken for one or two weeks, I think it has to be taken over a longer period of time for its effects to be noticed. We have not bought again because it is better now, but we will repeat if it gets worse. It is cheaper and better presented than other brands.
Lo utiliza mi mujer, que sufre de osteoartrosis. Aunque el efecto no es espectacular, sí dice que ha notado mejoría en sus dolores, cuando lo toma durante un largo periodo de tiempo. No es un suplemento para tomar una o dos semanas, creo que hay que prolongarlo en el tiempo para que se noten sus efectos. No hemos vuelto a comprar porque ahora está mejor, pero repetiremos si empeora. Es más barato y mejor presentado que otros de otras marcas.

Well, I also started taking them because I was overweight and my knees hurt a lot when I ran. I was recommended to take glucosamine and searching I found this solution from HSNStore and I can say that I have increased my no pain times by quite a bit. They are always going to hurt as long as you are overweight but I am much more comfortable with them. No doubt for people a little "plump" like me it comes in handy.
Pues yo también empecé a tomarlas por tener sobrepeso y al correr me dolían bastante las rodillas. Me recomendaron que tomara glucosamina y buscando encontré esta solución de HSNStore y puedo decir que he incrementado mis tiempos de no dolor en bastante. Siempre te van a doler mientras tengas sobrepeso pero me encuentro mucho más cómodo con ellas. Sin duda para la gente un poco "rellenita" como yo nos viene de lujo.
