I take it in the morning with breakfast. One capsule with water or juice. As for the effects, whether it is noticeable or not, that is more subjective. I lack cartilage in my knees, and although I can no longer run, I still do full squats (ATG). As I understand it, Glucosamine and Chondroitin does not work miracles, it will not create cartilage, but it does reduce wear and tear and, in my opinion, that is already a lot.

Me lo tomo por la mañana con el desayuno. Una cápsula con agua o zumo. Sobre los efectos, si se nota o no, eso ya es más subjetivo. A mí me falta cartílago en las rodillas, y aunque ya no puedo correr si que sigo haciendo sentadilla completa (ATG). Según tengo entendido, la Glucosamina y la Condroitina no hace milagros, no te va a crear cartílago, pero sí que reduce el desgaste y, en mi opinión, eso ya es mucho.
