I bought this product because of a slight pain in one of my knees and combined its use with rehabilitation exercises. It is difficult to give an opinion on the personal efficacy of this type of product when you have only been using it for a short time. I have tried to find out about the efficacy of glucosamine and chondroitin in joint pain (including the links on this page) and it seems that the evidence is not very clear, although somewhat more than just placebo. As for the presentation, the tablets are a bit large for my taste and it is advisable to take them with plenty of water so that they pass well down the throat.
He comprado este producto por un ligero dolor en una de mis rodillas y combinado su toma con ejercicios de rehabilitación. Es difícil opinar sobre la eficacia personal de este tipo de producto cuando se lleva poco tiempo consumiéndolo. He intentado informarme sobre la eficacia de la glucosamina y la condroitina en los dolores articulares (entre ellos, los propios enlaces incluidos en esta página) y parece que la evidencia no está muy clara, aunque algo más que sólo el placebo.
En cuanto a la presentación, las tabletas son un poco grandes para mi gusto y es recomendable tomarlas con mucha agua para que pasen bien por la garganta.
