I have noticed improvement after 4 months combining them with rehabilitation.
The tablets are very large making them difficult to swallow. I break them in half. It would be better if they were smaller to make them easier to swallow. I have been taking 3 a day for about 4 months now due to cartilage degeneration in my knee and I have noticed an improvement. Of course, it must be complemented with rehabilitation.
Las pastillas son muy grandes dificultando la ingestión. Yo las parto por la mitad. Estaría mejor si fueran más pequeñas para facilitar la ingestión.
Llevo ya unos 4 meses tomando 3 al día por una degeneración en el cartílago de la rodilla y he notado una mejoría.
Eso sí, hay que complementarla con rehabilitación.
