I started taking it for a mild meniscus inflammation. It is working quite well taking the recommended dose of 3 pills. I have noticed that it is gradually improving as the days go by. I usually play paddle tennis between 4 and 6 hours a week and it is perfect. One thing I would change is the format, they could change it to capsules for easier swallowing. The size is like that of a paracetamol, it can be broken.
Empecé a tomarlo por una inflamación en el menisco leve. Me esta funcionando bastante bien tomando la dosis recomendada de 3 pastillas. He notado que poco a poco va mejorando con el pasar de los días. Suelo jugar a pádel entre 4 y 6 horas semanales y es perfecto. Algo que cambiaría es el formato, podrían pasarlo a cápsulas para tragar más fácilmente. El tamaño es como el de un paracetamol, se puede partir.
